MOTION TO DISMISS
Benchmark Communications Corp., by its President and Director, John
Raymond Meyers, hereby requests a MOTION TO DISMISS its application in the
above captioned proceedings.
Benchmark no longer has sufficient funds to afford the tens of
thousands of dollars demanded by legal council to represent Benchmark nor
does its president John Raymond Meyers or anyone else connected with
Benchmark have the skills or resources to continues to defend Benchmark's
position.
Further, Benchmark finds it can no longer meet the financial
commitment it made in the 1989 filing of this application.
Therefore, Benchmark, which lies broke and broken at the feet of the
Commission must concede defeat and withdraw its application.
