Will a partnership agreement between a DE and a non-DE be allowed to utilize any and all parts ofthe Commission's rules? 2. The Commission could facilitate DE partnerships by offering opinions and advice regarding partnership agreements. 3. The Erratum ofDocket 93-252 released January 10,1995, specifically, the revisions ofSections 24.712(d)(1) and 24.712(d)(2) changes the business dynamics of any credible agreement.
