During the meeting, representatives of the Toll Free Number Coalition and of the Toll Free Commerce Coalition (the "Coalitions") restated their positions as to why the current procedures for distributing toll free numbers, as administered by DSMI, does not meet the Commission's requirements. The Coalitions indicated that the record to date does not reflect that DSMI has cured the problems that have plagued earlier rollouts of toll free numbers, and that the Commission should carefully consider the DSMl's representations that these problems will not recur. The undersigned counsel distributed to meeting participants a copy of the attached SMS/SOO Bulletin Number SMS-01-41, dated February 26, 2001.
