Today, March 20, 2001, Cheryl Tritt from Morrison & Foerster LLP and the undersigned,
representing Sprint Corporation met with Roy Stewart, Robert Ratcliff and Rick Chessen of the Mass
Media Bureau and Barbara Kreisman, Chuck Dziedzic and Brad Lerner of the Video Services Division.

Sprint's Comments filed February 22, 2001 and Reply Comments filed March 9, 2001.
