Dear FCC. My comment is that you DO NOT CNANGE the current cell
phone policy. When the cabin door closes all cell phones should be
turned OFF. I for one do not want to be forced to sit next to a
person gabbing on their cell phone. That happens enough in public
now but the difference is that I can walk away. There can be
enough stress on airplanes without you allowing rude people to
talk on their cell phones while you are trapped into a seat within
range of their voice. And by the way, if the plane is hijacked I
will pull my cell phone out and call 911 just like those people
did on September 11, 2001. Do the traveling public a favor and ban
cell phone usage on commercial aircraft.
