The NJ Do Not Call Telephone Consumer Protection Act is a good bit
of protection for the citizens of NJ. Just this morning we were
awoken at 3:30am, 4:00am, 5:15am & 5:30am with an automated dialer.
We had just moved & did not have the "Do Not Call" activated. Any
weakening of this act would allow more anoying calls at
inapproporiate times. As a voting tax payer, I am requesting that
you keep this act a strong one that will protect us all. Thank you.
