Petition for Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in New Hampshire CC Docket No. 96-45 Dear Madam Secretary: On October 7, 2005, the Commission designated RCC Minnesota, Inc. and RCC Atlantic, Inc. (collectively, ?RCC?) Eligible Telecommunications Carrier status in the state of New Hampshire. 1 By this letter, RCC requests that a correction be made and an erratum issued regarding the Order. Appendix B to the Order contains a list of Local Exchange Carrier study areas and their constituent wire centers in which RCC is granted immediate designation. Included in Appendix B is a list of wire centers for Kearsarge Telephone Company. Upon reviewing Appendix B, RCC has recently discovered that a single wire center, Meridian (MRDNNHXA), was left off of the list. However, the Meridian wire center did not appear on the list of wire centers listed in Appendix C to the petition. 2 In the Order, the Commission?s designation of RCC throughout in the entirety of Kearsarge?s study area is clear. 3 As such, RCC requests that Appendix B to the Order be corrected to add the Meridian wire center so that all of the wire centers are properly included in Kearsarge?s study area.
