I recommend that the FCC not approve AT&T's proposed take over of T-mobile in the US. This
proposal decreases competition and almost certainly will result in higher fees. The general public will
not benefit from this. T-mobile has offered innovative "4G" services and really improved their
services. In contrast, AT&T has been slower to build up capacity and is known for dropped calls and
poor service. Why should we think they will do better by taking over T-mobile? Also, AT&T's promise
to bring access to remote areas should be regarded with skepticism, since they could have done that
before now, without T-mobile's radio spectrums.
