I am not a fan of this proposal. AS this will allow only one true gsm provider in the us and stifle growth
and selection for customers wanting a gsm solution. This proposal does not make sense for the
customer only for the companies. If the companies want spectrum they should bid on it in auctions.
This is not the solution only headaches for the consumer in the long run. Please do not allow this
acquisition to happen
