I am not an at&t customer nor am I a T Moblie customer. I am filing this because I am concerned the
with the merge of these two companies, a USA GSM monopoly will ensue. They will be in control of
all GSM devices in the United States and will be the single regulators of this type of device in the US.
Competion will deminish between the two, and Verizion will need to drasticly alter the way they do
business in order to stay in a good standing position in this market. This may end up in Verizion being
forced to buy out Sprint in order to maintain ample customers/technology. This merger, causing the
Big 3 (Verizion, at&t, T Mobile) and Medium 1 (Sprint) to become the Large 1 (at&t Mobile), Big 1
(Verizion), Medium 1 (Sprint). Monopoly anybody?
