I am very concerned about this proposed merger. I have many friends and family members
employed by T-Mobile today, and unsure of their employment future. What documented guarantees
are in place so that these good hard-working people will not lose their jobs because of the AT&T
encroachment? Will the FCC ensure that these guarantees are fulfilled? I understand how this
merger can benefit AT&T's network, and provide financial relief to the debt load of T-Mobile, but from
a personnel perspective I've very unclear of the benefits, if any, there are to the current T-Mobile
employees! Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.
