Proceeding, including, without limitation, the provisions of paragraph 16 concerning destruction
or return of Confidential Infonnation after the conclusion of this Proceeding. I understand that
the Confidential Infonnation and Highly Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to
anyone except in accordance with the terms of the protective order, and shall be used only for
purposes of the above-captioned Proceeding (except as otherwise provided in the protective
order). In particular, I will not use the Confidential Infonnation or Highly Confidential
Information for competitive commercial or business purposes, including competitive decision
making. I acknowledge that a violation of the protective order is a violation of an order of the
Federal Communications Commission. I acknowledge that this Declaration is also a binding
